Return Policy

How to Return or Exchange an Item

 

  1. You can return the order within 3 business days from the date of the delivery.
  2. All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  3. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
  4. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself. The RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number must be clearly written on the invoice copy.
  5. Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

To return an item please call our Customer Care Centre at +971 4 4344290  to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.

  1. Schedule the Pickup.

Our courier person will contact you for the collection of your unit.

Call +971 4 4344290 if you don't have it.

  1. Item Arrived.

Once the product has been received in our warehouse you will be notified.

  1. Quality Check.

Our QC department will check the product and provide update and solution.

Cancelling an Order

You can simply call +971 4 4344290 and provide the Order number to our Customer Service or email us to support@dubai-sales.ae  before we dispatch the product from our warehouse. Once we dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund policy

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Refunds with your purchase tend to be accomplished easily after we receive the return product/ products. In case you have paid through electronic means (Credit or even Debit card) then your funds could be paid back to your card, but depending upon individual’s standard bank prerequisites, the refund may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement.
